up to 400 guests in a sumptuous Banquet and Ball setting,
900 guests in theatre style, and up to 1500 guests attending
a cocktail reception. The Crystal Ballroom can also be partitioned
for smaller function rooms and has an open terrace providing
a comfortable setting for any event. For more private functions,
the Marsabit, Shaba and Ol Donyo meeting rooms are ideal.
The Regency Centre - The ultra-modern Regency Centre is situated
on the Mezzanine 3 level of the hotel and comprises of 5 executive
board meeting rooms equipped to accommodate up to 300 delegates
at a time. The rooms are all equipped with audio/visual equipment
including TV, video, flip chart, desktop computer, leather
blotters with stationery, built-in public address system and
executive secretarial facilities. Meeting Rooms I-IV are convertible
for use individually, connected or as one large seminar hall.
Meeting room no. V is the largest room capable in accommodating
up to 150 delegates.
